There are some forum discussions where people purchase straight from AD and their watches are missing the Laser Etched crowns. Anybody else have an experience where they have watches that are missing the LEC? Asking because I purchased a GMT Master II, 2011 and it doesn't appear to have the LEC.

Online I am reading contradicting info regarding exactly from which model onwards the LEC was present. I’ve read a lot about the LEC on the glass. Does this etching look authentic to everyone or not? It looks like it has a second ring in the middle opposed to just the one like I’ve seen online. Also is there any other ways to tell if this is a genuine without sending it for a £650 service with Rolex? Prof Blackhole crystals (swiss) match this (sans ring on the cyclops) but don't have LEC. The rehaut - every character lines up perfectly (no reps are that good). The crown is aligned (now this might be a sign of a rep because Rolex's QC isn't that good).
